You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.MEDICAL UPDATE-10/17/16 We have just found that Winston has a severe luxating patella --he is not able to put any weight on his back right leg when walking---he needs this surgery to regain the use of his leg--also , the vet said it is hard on the other leg and the hips for this be left---so he must have surgery before being adopted and we are asking for HELP with his surgery bill--- it will almost 2,000.00 to repair his leg---if you would like to help Winston with his surgery you can send a donation to him via our Paypal acct---or mail a check to us at 15019 S baylan Santa Fe Tx 77517 Thank you so much --we will keep everyone posted on his progress This long legged boy is as sweet as they come--he is a purebred poodle about five years old and about 15 pounds--He gets along great with all of his foster siblings--male and female---- he loves to snuggle in his soft bed and has learned the doggy door like a pro Mr Winston is looking for an empty lap and is ready to snuggle with you !!!
