PLEASE Read the whole bio for this SPECIAL---Sweet Rosie was found sitting on the shoulder of a busy freeway next to her dead dog friend---she was thin and had bald spots and obviously had been neglected for a long time---We think the two pups were dumped together or had made friends on the street---loyal and loving Rosie stayed by her friends side even after she was hit by a car and lay dead----her rescuer was able to get Rosie to safety and get her the care and treatment she needed----She has now gained weight, her coat is shiny and thick except for a bald spot on her back by her tail---the vet says that she had such bad fleas for so long and chew at her skin that the follicles have been damaged and the hair may never totally grow back there--- she is fostered with a male and female puggle and is good with them----she loves to talk walks, short jogs and is good in the car---she is about 2-3 years old and about 45 pounds----she is more of a largish medium dog--not really a big dog--this girl so deserves her own loving forever family----she has certainly paid her dues and should be spoiled and pampered. She is fully vetted---has been spayed and received all vaccines, deworming etc----she also has a microchip already as well. Adult dogs have had their core vaccines---parvo,distemper, bordatella, and rabies, Puppies have had a series of four vaccines All dogs are tested and are heartworm negative. In addition they have been de-wormed and kept on heartworm prevention and flea prevention while in foster care. Most dogs come with a micro-chip already implanted. Adoption fees range from 125.00-235.00 depending on the dog. Many times the adoption fee does not even cover the cost of all of the vetting we have done for a dog. Our dogs are all fostered in private homes-we have no facility--WE ARE ALWAYS LOOKING FOR GOOD FOSTER HOMES--YOU MIGHT EVEN WANT TO CONSIDER FOSTERING A DOG YOU ARE INTERESTED IN.
