Meet BEETLE !   He  is one of ten siblings(tan coat) rescued with his sweet mom, Dakota from a county shelter---  We think these pups are a lab /basset mix and we feel they will be about 35-45 pounds full grown.   Mom Dakota has been an amazing mom--so loving and caring--and these pups are lucky to have been raised by her and her great foster family---they are very social and fun loving and will be a great addition to their new families---

Beetle is a wonderful active and loving dog.  He loves walking, hiking, and playing with dogs and humans. He is very people oriented and makes sure to check in with his humans frequently.  Beetle learns quickly and loves to be congratulated on being the good, loving, and obedient boy that he is!   

 B EETLE is the first to try new athletic events. He loves retrieving and tunnel running. He likes to stay close to humans, a bit more than his two brothers in his foster home . All 3 are human oriented, just in slightly different personality ways. He gets along well with his brothers and was appropriate with our 3 adult dogs. He has no problem with us trimming his nails. These are definitely some of the easiest and fun pups out of the 30 pup litters we have fostered.  Their antics and quiet  times are both welcome!

~~All of our dogs are spayed/ neutered before adoption. Adult dogs have had their core vaccines; parvo, distemper, bordatella, rabies, and puppies have had a series of four vaccines.  All dogs are tested and are heartworm negative.  In addition they have been de-wormed and kept on heartworm prevention and flea prevention while in foster care. All  dogs come with a micro-chip already implanted. Adoption fees range from 175.00-235.00 depending on the dog. Many times the adoption fee does not even cover the cost of all of the vetting we have done for a dog.  Our dogs are all fostered in private homes at various locations; We do not have a facility.  WE ARE ALWAYS LOOKING FOR GOOD FOSTER HOMES. YOU MIGHT EVEN WANT TO CONSIDER FOSTERING A DOG YOU ARE INTERESTED IN.  Contact leeselman@comcast for more info on fostering.   Please contact the person listed in the bio for more information on a particular dog.
