I am Napoleon---a tiny and brave little chi boy--I weigh in at a whopping 5 pounds soaking wet----I found myself at a city shelter and lucky for me The Chi Society volunteers sprung me out ! I am looking for my own loving and forever home---since I am very small--I would like a small doggy playmate--no big dogs and no small kids under 10.
