Isabel is a beautiful 1 year old lab mix. She was turned in to Animal Control pregnant with a hip injury (and you think you had a bad week!) Her luck turned around when she was rescued by a volunteer who was at the shelter. She had her babies in a great foster home and now they have all been adopted so it is Isabel's turn. Just a baby herself at right at a year old Isabel is very playful and has lots of energy. She recently had surgery to repair the injury to her hip and the vet feels it was a complete success. She can run and play like any other dog. Speaking of play she loves to play and is great with other dogs. She also likes a good snuggle and just hanging out on her dog bed with a nice toy. She's completely housetrained and crate trained. She's also great with kids. We hope someone will consider this lovely girl to be the next member of their family! She weighs about 50 pounds and is full grown. she is spayed and up to date on all shots --she is also heartworm negative.
